Raul Gutierrez, CEO and founder of Blue Bay Electric, is more than a seasoned electrical estimator and project manager—he’s a visionary leader who brings heart, grit, and unmatched technical expertise to every job site.

Originally trained as an Automatic Engineer in Havana, Cuba, Raul began his career managing large-scale infrastructure projects in the Caribbean. He later expanded into the U.S. commercial and solar construction markets, quickly becoming a trusted name in Florida’s contracting industry. His deep knowledge of electrical systems, cost control, and construction logistics has helped deliver successful outcomes on complex, multimillion-dollar projects.

With over a decade of experience—from high-profile school renovations to advanced solar fields—Raul founded Blue Bay Electric in 2022 with a clear mission: to provide safe, efficient, and honest electrical services that empower clients and build lasting partnerships.

Since then, he has led Blue Bay Electric through dozens of successful commercial projects across Florida—including schools, medical facilities, retail centers, and more recently, animal hospitals and pet hotels. This growing niche reflects Raul’s personal passion for dogs, a source of pride and purpose that he channels into his professional work. Every veterinary project the company touches is executed with the same care and attention to detail that Raul brings to everything he does.

A hands-on leader, Raul is often the first to arrive and the last to leave. He reviews estimates, tackles field challenges, and ensures every detail meets or exceeds expectations. His no-excuses mindset and unwavering work ethic drive the company forward.
